Tragedy under cover of night. 20 people dead
It was a tragic night. A fire engulfed the building of a nursing home. Not everyone could be saved. The sick elderly residents did not have the strength to flee the deadly element. 20 people died.
Tragic fire in nursing home in Chengde city in northern China. Fire broke out in the building on Tuesday, April 8, at around 9 pm local time (3 pm in Poland). 20 people died, Chinese state media reported.

The fire claimed the lives of 20 people. It is not known how many people were in the building at the time of the fire. Local authorities in Chengde said that “the remaining residents were transferred to nearby hospitals for further observation and treatment.”
A fire has destroyed a building in Longhua County, Hebei Province. Expert teams are working on site, post-accident activities are being carried out. The causes of the tragedy are being determined.
