Po sobotnim konkursie indywidualnym polscy kibice mogli świętować, a powodem tego było oczywiście trzecie miejsce zajęte przez Pawła Wąska. W niedzielne popołudnie reprezentant Polski nie będzie miał okazji powtórzyć sukcesu indywidualnie, ale może to zrobić w duecie z Dawidem Kubackim, którego Thomas Thurnbichler wybrał do konkursu duetów.
